Client agreements operate under VORDR directives.

Engagement Lifecycle

  1. Prospective clients submit mission context through secure channels.
  2. MindGrid issues NDAs, validates need-to-know access, and schedules a confidential briefing.
  3. Following joint assessment, a Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) define scope, deliverables, timelines, and compliance requirements.
  4. Operations commence only after formal authorization and receipt of necessary clearances or approvals.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information regarding infrastructure, regulatory obligations, and mission objectives.
  • Maintain appropriate access controls, data backups, and incident response contacts.
  • Ensure that use of MindGrid services complies with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual restrictions.

Limitations & Disclaimers

MindGrid delivers services on a best-effort basis using advanced AI, analytics, and security engineering. While we strive to neutralize threats preemptively, no system can guarantee absolute protection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindGrid disclaims liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Acceptable Use & Restrictions

MindGrid technology, portals, and intelligence products may only be used for lawful defensive purposes explicitly authorized in bilateral agreements. Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to compromise MindGrid infrastructure or reverse-engineer proprietary systems.
  • Using MindGrid outputs to violate privacy, conduct offensive cyber operations, or infringe on intellectual property.
  • Transmitting malicious code, initiating denial-of-service attacks, or interfering with other customers.
  • Sharing confidential reports or tools with unauthorized parties.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension, termination of services, and potential legal action.

Security, Compliance & Reporting

  • MindGrid aligns with U.S. federal cybersecurity directives, including NIST 800-53, CISA guidance, and relevant DoD/IC frameworks.
  • Independent security assessments and penetration tests are performed regularly under controlled conditions.
  • Incident response procedures include 24/7 escalation, forensic preservation, and coordinated disclosure when required.
  • All personnel undergo background screening and operate under continuing security awareness training.

Data Processing & Subprocessors

MindGrid may engage vetted subprocessors for infrastructure hosting, secure communications, and analysis tooling. Subprocessors are contractually bound to confidentiality obligations equal to those imposed on MindGrid.

Service Policies

Refund, Cancellation, Return, Export, and Promotion Terms

Refund & Dispute Policy

VORDR MindGrid provides cybersecurity intelligence services, research deliverables, and consulting engagements. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering project phase, deliverables completed, and contractual obligations.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@vordr-mindgrid.com within 30 days of service delivery or engagement termination
  • Refunds are prorated based on deliverables completed and work performed up to the request date
  • Completed research deliverables, classified intelligence products, and proprietary analysis are non-refundable once delivered
  • Services rendered under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and confidentiality protocols remain subject to ongoing confidentiality obligations regardless of refund status

Dispute Resolution Process:

  • Disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the disputed service delivery or charge
  • Formal escalation process: Initial review by operations team (7 business days), followed by executive review if unresolved (additional 7 business days)
  • All dispute communications are handled under strict confidentiality protocols
  • If disputes cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, parties may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in Wyoming, United States, or as specified in the engagement agreement

Timeline: Refund requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. Dispute resolution is completed within 14 business days of formal submission.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing service engagements by providing written notice to contact@vordr-mindgrid.com. Cancellation terms vary based on engagement type and contractual agreements.

Cancellation Process:

  • Submit written cancellation request via email to the contact address above
  • Include engagement reference number, client name, and reason for cancellation
  • Receive confirmation of cancellation within 5 business days

Cancellation Timeline:

  • Ongoing engagements: 30 days written notice required
  • Fixed-scope projects: Cancellation permitted at project phase milestones, subject to Statement of Work (SOW) terms
  • Research and development engagements: Cancellation terms specified in individual engagement agreements

Refund Policy for Cancellations:

  • Refunds are prorated based on deliverables completed and work performed up to the cancellation date
  • No early termination fees apply
  • Completed deliverables remain client property per engagement terms
  • Confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations continue post-cancellation as specified in engagement agreements

Return Policy

VORDR MindGrid provides cybersecurity intelligence services and research deliverables. No physical goods are sold.

As a service-based organization, our engagements deliver digital intelligence, analysis reports, security assessments, and consulting services. Return policies apply to service termination and digital deliverable access.

Service Termination/Return Process:

  • For digital deliverables (reports, intelligence products, analysis): Access may be revoked upon service termination per engagement terms
  • Delivered materials remain client property subject to intellectual property terms specified in engagement agreements
  • Confidential and classified materials must be handled according to security protocols even after service termination
  • Service termination requests follow the cancellation policy outlined above

Intellectual Property: Delivered materials, reports, and analysis remain client property subject to the terms and conditions specified in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). VORDR MindGrid retains rights to methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary analysis tools used in service delivery.

Export Restrictions & Legal Compliance

VORDR MindGrid operates under strict compliance with U.S. federal export control regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Export Control Compliance:

  • ITAR Compliance: Certain cybersecurity technologies, defense-related intelligence, and classified methodologies may be subject to ITAR restrictions
  • EAR Compliance: Commercial encryption technologies and dual-use items are regulated under EAR
  • All engagements require verification of client jurisdiction and export authorization before service delivery
  • Export licenses may be required for international clients or cross-border data transfers

Restricted Jurisdictions:

  • Services are not provided to entities in OFAC-sanctioned countries or jurisdictions

Future Promotions: Should VORDR MindGrid introduce promotional offers, discount programs, or special pricing incentives in the future, all terms and conditions will be clearly disclosed in engagement agreements, statements of work, or through direct communication with authorized client representatives. Promotional terms will be subject to the same confidentiality, export control, and compliance requirements as standard engagements.
